Overall the hotel was very nice. Beautiful views of the lake. Disappointed with the housekeeping. No milk, no water and no coffee in the room. All that was done on a daily basis was the cover tidied. Nothing replaced. However breakfast was ok and bar service very good. Pool loveky

The Europa Hotel has a lovely position right on the lake shore with beautiful views along the lake and down to Malcesine. It is far enough out of town to avoid most of the bustle but close enough to walk in to shop, eat or just take the view. The room was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the lake. The hotel restaurant is a perfect alternative if you do not wish to try what Malcesine has to offer.

The location of the hotel is excelent. I had booked 2 tooms. A Junior Suite with Lake view 269sq/ft and a Superior double with Terrace at 179sq/ft. However the 179sq/ft Superior double room was much better for the value because the size difference is the square footage of the terraces. Actually the standard rooms have a better location in the hotel for lake view. The rooms are spacious and the double beds are large almost like queen and 2 people can sleep comfortably in them. However the property is old and not upkept.

The position of hotel was good…pleasant walk into Lim one. The cleanliness was very good and the food.

This hotel is lovely with the most beautiful views of the lake. Our room was on the 3rd floor and was very quiet and peaceful. The views are second to none. The breakfast was lovely, staff always keen to help. It’s a shame there is no night time dining option leaving guests to have to go to neighbouring towns which if you don’t have a car or don’t wish to walk then this might be a problem. If a night time dining option was available then this hotel would be perfect. The car park is small and rather difficult to park in. The staff were helpful and gave us a space across the road but equally as small and can become very busy. We had a lovely stay and would recommend.
